By using this site you agree to these terms. The site is operated by friendlyrefer and is intended to give information about open roles and to receive applications.

1. Purpose of this site

This site describes two open roles — Social Media Moderator and Customer Service Representative — located in Bulgaria, and provides a form to apply. The information here is indicative; the final details of any role are confirmed in writing in an employment contract.

2. Eligibility

Both roles are open only to EU citizens or non-EU nationals who already hold a valid EU work permit. By submitting the form you confirm you meet one of these two conditions.

3. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information when you apply. We may withdraw an offer if we find that application information was materially false.

4. No guarantee of employment

Submitting the form is not a job offer and does not create an employment relationship. We evaluate each application on its merits and reply to all serious applications within a reasonable time.

5. Intellectual property

The site's design, illustrations and text are owned by friendlyrefer. You may not reproduce them in whole or in part without permission, except for the personal use of reviewing the roles and applying.

6. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our process. The latest version is always the one on this page. If a change is material we will reflect that in the 'last updated' date.
