Customer Service Representative
Help real customers solve real problems through chat, email, and phone. With empathy, clarity, and speed.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions across chat, email, and phone
- Resolve issues on first contact whenever possible
- Document cases accurately inside the CRM
- Share customer insights with product and operations teams
